• Our mixing services are exclusively available to individuals or businesses who are 21 years of age or older and meet all legal requirements to consume or serve alcohol in their jurisdiction.

• Proof of legal drinking age is required when booking our services.

• We reserve the right to deny service to individuals or events that fail to meet these criteria.

2. Requirements to Hire Our Services

• A signed service agreement and deposit are required to confirm bookings.

• Final event details, including guest count and specific requirements, must be submitted no later than 72 hours before the scheduled service.

• Clients are responsible for providing a safe and legally compliant venue for our mixing services.

3. Key Commerce Terms Offered to Customers

• Payment Terms: Full payment must be made prior to the event or delivery of services. Deposits are non-refundable.

• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the service date are subject to a 50% fee of the total booking.

• Custom Orders: All custom cocktails or services must be pre-approved and may require additional fees.

4. Retention of Right to Change Offering

• HydroHarmony LLC reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product, service, or offering without prior notice.

• We will notify customers in advance if changes impact a confirmed order or event.

5. Warranties & Responsibility for Service and Product

• HydroHarmony LLC guarantees the quality of our products and services at the time of delivery or performance.

• We are not responsible for issues arising from improper handling, storage, or use of our products after delivery.

• While we ensure the highest standards, we cannot guarantee compatibility with all dietary needs or preferences.

6. Ownership of Cocktail Recipes and Branding

• All cocktail recipes, names, and branding created or provided by HydroHarmony LLC are the intellectual property of the company.

• Customers may not replicate, resell, or distribute our proprietary recipes or branding without explicit written consent.

7. Right to Cancel or Modify Service Agreement

• HydroHarmony LLC reserves the right to cancel or modify a service agreement in cases of:

• Non-compliance with legal or safety requirements.

• Acts of nature or other events beyond our control.

• Customer failure to meet payment or submission deadlines.

• In such cases, deposits may be forfeited at HydroHarmony’s discretion.

8. Indemnification

• Customers agree to indemnify and hold HydroHarmony LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the misuse of our products or services, or non-compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

9. Limitation of Liability

• HydroHarmony LLC is not liable for:

• Damages or injuries resulting from the consumption of alcohol.

• Venue or event-related incidents outside of our direct control.

• Losses due to delays or cancellations caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, supplier issues).

10. Right to Change and Modify Terms

• HydroHarmony LLC reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to our website.

11. Preference of Law and Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

• Disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in California, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.
