REFUND POLICY

At HydroHarmony LLC, we are committed to providing premium quality products and services. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Return & Refund Policy outlines your options.
1. Returns
• Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase for unused and unopened products.
• To initiate a return, please email us at info@hydroharmony.store or call us at 442-677-5916 with your order details.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the product is defective or incorrect.
2. Refunds
• Refunds will be issued for eligible returns after we receive and inspect the product.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of approval.
• For defective or damaged products, please provide photo evidence within 48 hours of receiving the order.
3. Non-Refundable Items
• Custom or special-order products.
• Opened or partially used items.
• Perishable goods, such as fresh mixers or pre-mixed beverages.
4. Event Services
• Deposits for event services are non-refundable. However, date changes or rescheduling may be accommodated with at least 72 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
